    And what if these policies were to change in which blurring was possibly no longer a need? All the unedited, and possibly in the distant future, potentially historical photos would be lost forever in replace of images ridden with blotchy spots. I say let images be preserved! Is that not the same as taking a picture of a scene and oh, there happens to be someone standing there? As long as the picture is not publicly released I do not understand why the rights of the photo are seemingly turned over to the EU. Unless there is something I am missing, which I admit, is most likely the case.

    That is real challenge. Millions of taken pictures to be checked. Great job.

    I can't help but think think that this whole issue is a perfect example of how government interference and regulation stifles private innovation.
