- Emphasizing Google’s guiding Data Privacy (data protection) Principles (internally and publically).
- Relating efforts more to user’s expectations / trust and less about legal / regulatory compliance.
- Embracing transparency by pulling back the curtain to share the “Privacy Week at Google” program with the public.
Next it’s time to focus on keeping “the circle” continuous. Consult, consult, consult with leaders, engineers, product managers. Continue to make Privacy Week at Google an annual educational, entertaining and value add program for employees and users.
There is no cruise control in privacy awareness programs.
